I’ve been using these supplements for well over 6 months now and a have seen definite changes in my skin and knee pain. I've been taking 15 drops, twice per day, in 16 oz of water. Almost immediately, I noticed a decrease in pain with my arthritic knees. When I get out of bed in the morning, I expect the normal ache. It isn't there. I also have more flexibility. My husband is also experiencing the same results. I'm ordering directly from the manufacturer, rather than Amazon because I will trust the product to be fresh.

I have been quite pleased with colostrum from Benevolent Nourishment. It dissolves well when I add to room temperature water and shake it. I have added it to my iced lattes with a frother. It takes time for the froth to settle, so I prefer to add it to something else.
Also, it tastes well. I have not had any issues digesting it.

I've been searching a long time for a high quality colostrum with high IGG% that is sourced from grass fed cows. The fact that this colostrum powder comes from not only grass fed, but pasture raised cows in New Zealand is an extra bonus. I love the packaging - it's a full jar packed with powder to the top - no unnecessary packaging or waste of plastic. The flavor is pleasant and the powder dissolves very well.
