I thought I might have parasites, a virus, bad water....nope. Just needed this. Worked within a day or two (I was expecting to have to wait a few weeks for it to show signs of helping). I take this with the Digestive Enzymes and it's completely changed the way I live my life. I was confined to my house anytime I ate, now I can eat and just go about my day using the bathroom like a normal person. I have my gallbladder but I just needed the extra support for some reason. Love these. HIGHLY recommend (and I get supplament-weary every few years and just quit them all...I don't think I'll quit these....ever).

I was expecting to have to give this supplement a “go” for a few weeks before I saw a difference but I (and my 18 yr old daughter) saw a difference within a day or two of starting it. Her acne has cleared up in a few short weeks, our digestion is back to “normal” (we thought we had bad water or a virus or something). I am so sensitive to supplements, they usually upset my stomach further, no matter how I take them, and this one hasn’t bothered me at all. LOVE them. We both take this and the TUDAC supplament daily. I sometimes forget to take it before I eat but I get it in 2x a day and it's helping tremendously. I feel normal again.

For a while I was having to take unusually deep breaths throughout the day pretty frequently. I heard this product might help increase oxygen levels so I decided to try it and sure enough noticed a very immediate difference and within just a few days I barely have to take deep breaths at all. Whether it's a coincidence or not is hard to say but I'm highly certain this had a significant impact.
